HOW WE WORK
Fixed price to build. Predictable monthly cost to run. No open-ended hourly billing.
The Engagement
Discovery and requirements
A paid engagement with your stakeholders to write down what we’re building before anyone prices it. Without it, a fixed bid is a guess. You keep the document whether or not we build.
- • The problem, who it’s for, and how success is measured
- • Functional requirements, as user stories or use cases
- • Non-functional requirements: performance, security, and scale
- • Scope, assumptions, dependencies, and open questions
Fixed-bid SOW
A statement of work built from the requirements, so the price reflects the real scope.
- • Defined deliverables and a timeline
- • A fixed price for the build
- • The monthly support fee for that build
- • Change orders scoped before any new work
Build
We build in short loops and show you working software early.
- • Early demos on your real data
- • Short feedback loops with your team
- • Every line reviewed by an engineer and tested
- • Delivery in weeks, not quarters
Handover
When the build is done, everything we made is yours.
- • Deployed on your infrastructure or cloud
- • Running under your security controls
- • Documentation for your team
- • The code, which you own
Support agreement
Each SOW sets the monthly support fee for that build, so you know the running cost before you approve it.
- • Fixes, updates, and in-scope enhancements
- • One agreement, one renewal date, one invoice
- • Annual term, billed monthly
- • End support for any build and keep the code
How We Use AI
AI lets our engineers write, test, and document code much faster.
Every line is reviewed by an engineer and tested before it ships.
Your data stays in your environment and under your AI governance.
Questions
- Who owns the code?
- You do.
- Where does it run?

- What if requirements change mid-build?
- We scope a change order before doing the work.
- What does support cover?
- Defined per agreement: fixes, updates, and in-scope enhancements.

- Annual term, billed monthly, with one renewal date for every build. To end support for a build, give us 30 days’ notice before renewal. We’ll send a reminder 60 days out.
- What happens if we stop support?
- You keep the software, the code, and the documentation. It keeps running.
